IVA Premium Aerocity - Free Airport Pickup or Drop

The service team was helpful, the room was clean and the location was close to the airport; besides that we arrived with several hours between flights. No negatives mentioned.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the shower was top-notch. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the guy at the front desk who checked us in. The security guard was also a lovely bloke who opened the taxi doors for us with a smile. However, things got a bit confusing when we arrived at the airport at 1:15 am and got three different messages from drivers asking for us to meet at different gates at Terminal 3.

“Stay away - not at the address on Bookings.com, tried to charge more than the quote and no fitness facilities”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the experience I had at this hotel. The first red flag was the address - it's listed as being in a different location on the booking site, but in reality, it's miles away from the airport and Aerocity. When I arrived, they tried to charge me more than the confirmed price, and I had to pull out my phone to show them the quote online. To make matters worse, they lied about having a fitness center - it's just storage on the roof.

“Gute Option nahe Flughafen”

The hotel's location near the airport was a major plus, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, the room I was given was right next to the kitchen, which made it super noisy, especially in the mornings when the staff were prepping for breakfast. The proximity to the airport was a real bonus, but the noise level was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the noise issue was a bit of a problem.
