The toilet tank leaked, there were no towels or linens, and when I closed the door I still had the handle in my hand… When the front‑desk employee saw my Ukrainian passport he rolled his eyes and seemed displeased.

The staff were very good and the room was very nice and friendly.

The staff were friendly, there was private free parking, it was fairly clean, and it was quiet at night. However, there were no towels, the door lock was problematic, reception only opened in the evening, we asked about parking before check‑in and no one was available, the TV remote was broken and the volume couldn’t be changed, the coffee and tea set was there but we couldn’t find a kettle. Overall, it could work for one night.

There was no working TV in the room, the windows had no curtains, breakfast was not included in the price, and it was far from the city centre.
