Central. Had to ask for towels. Toilet seat was broken & shower wet the whole floor when used

1.Old bedding set used.it literally had a hole in it. O expected better for the value I paid. 2. There werer rats running on the ceilling the whole night. Like actual rats 😳😳 3. Stood at the gate for 30 minutes before someone let me in. I was coming from work tired and this was a n inconvenience. 4. The was a power shutdown/ no electricity in the are. Nobody from the staff showed any care. They didmt even offer a torch/light/ candle the entire tkme. Sure it was not in their control however they coyld have made sure guests were comfortable 5. The floor was extremely dirty and the toilet reeked of urine
