Nothing was liked at all; this is the worst experience I've had on Booking. It's not service, it's just indifference. People, don't stay at this hotel—owners have changed and they don't care at all. We waited an hour for them to open the door. Other guests were just let stay in the corridor because they were completely ignored.

There was no one at the front desk, multiple calls went unanswered, and several messages got no reply. After 1h20 of waiting I wrote that I was leaving and that they were responsible for the payment or the cost difference.
