“Very nice hotel and we felt safe”
Clean and accommodating, but the safe was an issue.
The staff were friendly, yet I was disappointed that nothing was deducted from my bill after I reported a bug and a roach that appeared twice in my room; I told the front desk clerk and the manager, who offered to move me but I refused because I was checking out the next morning, which seemed pointless, and I still feel I deserved a partial refund. I found the property lacking because they offered no alternative when I mentioned the issue, and I stayed elsewhere with a larger, more spacious room, but the staff—especially the kitchen lady named Marie who worked Thursday and Friday—were great and friendly.
“Decent little stay”
My room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The bed was satisfactory, and the kitchenette came equipped with all the necessary cooking supplies, which was a lovely touch. Unfortunately, the pool could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a major issue. Additionally, I wish breakfast was available for a bit longer, as 7-9 am felt a bit restrictive.
“7 day stay, gone all day, was relief to be in AC at night, breakfast items nice to have st 6 am.”
Parking was easy and getting into my room was quick, and the AC temperature was set just right, but the HVAC system was noisy.
“Can’t wait to visit again, highly recommend”
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with a spotless room that smelled wonderful. The cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere made me want to return, and I definitely plan on doing so. However, I did notice that a full-length mirror with good lighting above it would be a great addition to the rooms.
