The room was spacious and comfortable with cozy beds, and the décor looked much better in person than in the photos. The bathroom was large and tidy, with towels and soap readily available. Everything was spotless. The host was reachable by phone, and checking in on Friday at 22:00 was hassle‑free. There was a large free parking area. The kitchen featured a big fridge, stove, dishes, coffee, tea, kettle, paper towels, and plenty of space to eat. The location was nice. However, our room was right next to the main entrance and opposite the kitchen, so it was noisy, especially with kitchen sounds echoing. With many guests, earplugs were essential for sleep (the weekend on Monday and Tuesday was quiet). When other rooms were being vacuumed by the cleaning ladies, the noise was very audible. Also, the window faced a terrace by the main entrance, so other guests sitting at the table could see straight into our room (luckily there were external blinds). There was no hair dryer, and renting one wasn’t an option.

The hosts were very warm and helpful with everything, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, the surroundings were quiet and peaceful, the location was good, and there was covered parking.

I absolutely recommend this place. The owners are very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful, and you can see they put a lot of effort and heart into maintaining the property. We came to explore Roztocze by bike, so having a place to park our bikes and store them was important. Access to the kitchen was another factor that influenced our choice. We got everything as expected. The level of cleanliness surprised us pleasantly; we’re used to good hygiene, but never at such a high level. I’m sure if we ever feel like returning to Roztocze, we’ll choose this spot again. Cheers!
