The staff were excellent and very attentive; we were able to drop off our luggage before check‑in time. An elevator gave us access to a small, ultra‑clean, modern room with two single beds and barely enough space to move around. The bathroom was superb, the breakfast was excellent, and the dining room and outdoor terrace were lovely. We were lucky to have an employee who kindly let us in early that morning so we could eat before the usual time, since we were leaving early. The location is ideal for exploring Catania and being in the heart of the action, everything is within walking distance. The room was small, especially with two single beds, and we had difficulty moving around, but it was very clean and well‑furnished.

Good. Everything was fine.

The room was lovely, and the staff helped me arrange a taxi. However, there was a security door on the street that was open when we were leaving; we had to climb over a 20‑inch metal gate that we couldn’t figure out how to open, all while carrying our bags.

The room was well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. The key didn’t fit the front door, but the problem was fixed quickly.
