The location was good, but there was no toilet in the room.

“Room ok, no internet connection to tv so it didn’t work but experience terrible. Would not return or recommend unfortuna”

Someone had soiled the bathroom and landing carpet; human waste was on the walls, toilet bowl, and floor, then spread onto the landing and stairs. The smell outside room 6 was disgusting, and the person did nothing to clean it up.

The only issue was the TV, which didn’t work because the Wi‑Fi signal was down.

“Lovely accommodation not suitable for single female travellers”

The property looked modern and was clean on arrival, but the shared bathroom was never cleaned during my stay. Urine was on the toilet seat and floor, and used tissues were left on the floor, making it very uncomfortable to use. The room’s walls were extremely thin, and I could clearly hear a fight and argument in the room below, which made me feel very uneasy as a solo female traveller. I avoided using the toilet because I feared they would hear me and confront me. No staff were available after 10 p.m.; the only option was to call 999 in an emergency. I had someone stay with me until late on the second night because I was so frightened. The next morning I emailed the property asking that the occupants below be reminded anonymously to be considerate, but my email was ignored and still no response after a month. Overall, the house felt very unsafe, especially for a woman travelling alone, and the lack of cleanliness, poor soundproofing, absence of staff support, and complete lack of response to my concerns made the stay very disappointing.

“Nice little place, would stay again.”

The spot is spot on – right by the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and the suite’s bathroom was spotless. The only downside was the communal toilet.
