Terrible, a dilapidated structure with ash dust, cracks, under renovation, no services, a disgrace, no security, a staircase without a handrail, the street number listed on the booking is wrong, 17 not 19, broken stairs, old and crumbling doors, haphazard furnishings, ash dust everywhere.

Little to nothing. The palace still bears the earthquake marks and is scary. The room faces a busy provincial road and is very noisy. The beds still had winter blankets in full July. Quality/price needs a lot of rethinking.

Every room has its own bathroom, and the view of Monte dell’Ascensione looks like Dante’s profile.

The location and free parking under the house. The palace is being renovated with a construction site, scaffolding, and four steep stair ramps that are hard with luggage.
