“Seriöses und solides Hotel in guter Lage”
We (a married couple) booked a Superior room with two beds for a one‑night stay in July 2026. The room turned out to be a windowless indoor cabin; we probably didn’t read the description and photos closely enough :-(. We were not granted an upgrade to a room with a view. The front‑desk ladies gave us good sightseeing advice. We paid locally in cash because the credit‑card system was down, which avoided large surcharges on the final bill. Breakfast was very good, and both the café and the restaurant offered good quality food. Nothing more to add.

The hotel's beautiful room and stunning garden were definite highlights, but the poor breakfast for the price was a major letdown. The staff struggled with English, which made communication a challenge.

I paid a pretty penny for this place, but it didn't deliver. The air conditioning wasn't working, and the water was ice cold. Not exactly what you want when you're trying to relax.

I didn't exactly have a great experience here. The hotel closes at 9 PM, and I arrived at 10 PM, only to find it was locked up tight. No message, no call, no nothing. But hey, they did manage to take my money without a problem. And to make matters worse, the local bus schedules weren't exactly reliable.
