It offered great value for money and excellent service. The response on the booking platform was a bit slow, but when I called the issue was resolved instantly. I stayed only one night for work and it met all my needs.

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options and a nice space to eat. The elevator makes the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility, and there’s a hot and cold water system. The room photos made it look larger than it actually is; the room I stayed in was quite small and the air‑conditioner and mini‑fridge were very old, making it hard to get the AC working. My bathroom had no shower enclosure, so when I showered the water flooded the entire area; they left a mop for me to wring out the water. What worried me most was the front desk: guests must hand over the key before leaving and pick it up again when returning, but on several occasions the desk was empty and I had to wait for someone to appear to hand me my key, which was inconvenient.

The shower didn’t heat.

The reception was cordial, but they didn’t tell me beforehand that there was no hot shower; they said the gas heater had to be turned off because of renovations.
