The staff were few but they handled everything with care. I could see a lot of cost‑cutting throughout, so the scenery didn’t feel worth the money.

The staff were friendly and the service was comprehensive, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The old-fashioned equipment gave off a sense of age (laughs) and I felt uneasy about the room key. That’s all.

The value for money is unbeatable. I’ve stayed here multiple times, but this was the first time I received free curry, and it was delicious.

The view of Lake Biwa was nice, the drinks and curry service were good, and the room was large. However, the room lacked a clock, the TV was small, there was no ice‑making service, no large public bath, and the second parking lot felt a bit far (my legs aren’t great). The snack vending machine was missing and the convenience store was a little distant. There was no air purifier in the room.
