The location of this hotel is fantastic, but that's where the positives end. The room was tiny and the staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me with anything.

The staff at this place were completely unhelpful. I made a reservation, but when I arrived, they claimed it didn't exist and refused to give me a room. It was a really frustrating experience.

The only thing I can say is that the location was perfect, but unfortunately, the air conditioner was in a terrible state and didn't work at all. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful, especially Salah, who tried to fix the AC but couldn't. The bathroom had a strong smell, and the kitchen was also pretty pungent. Overall, it was a decent place, but the AC issue really let it down.

I was really impressed with the service at this hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit dated.
