The location offers an incredible view, the room is modern and the breakfast is super! A large mirror is missing, water should be provided and maybe a mini‑fridge. A few pictures in the room would add character, and the bathroom products could be of higher quality.

This is the worst property I've ever stayed in (and I have been to many!) the most overpriced room with *zero* facilities, you're stuck up a mountain and have to travel 10+ mins by car into town for everything. The property is plagued by olive lace bugs which bite and leave marks, but are delayed. It's up a very long road above the town and parking is a challenge. You feel like you're staying in a Porta‑cabinet with no view from the bed (just the bars over a window looking at the dirty terrace outside). A bottle of wine is offered, but not chilled (the chiller is broken) and there is no fridge to keep water or other drinks cold, which is a challenge in the summer heat. The zircon doesn't work (won't get cooler than 24 degrees) and there are no doors on the cupboards. If you spent 5+ years touring the cheapest factories in China you still wouldn't find cheaper furniture than this place is decked out in – the bed squeaks and the mattress is lumpy.

A very nice B&B a bit above Finale Ligure. We came by car, which was also good for the location. The view is sensational. The room was larger than expected with plenty of storage. The bathroom was also quite big. Communication took place via email/WhatsApp. Check‑in was very straightforward with a key box. Breakfast could be ordered the night before via QR‑code and was delivered to the room at the requested time. Each room has a small table on the terrace – it was great to have breakfast outside in mid‑October with a sea view. We stayed 3 nights and could do a lot in the area (challenging hikes, walks, beach). We highly recommend visiting the extremely pretty place Finalborgo. We would definitely come back.

The position is spectacular. The managers are very kind. It might be a bit too remote compared to Fonale.
