The breakfast was extraordinary, ready for a wonderful day! The view from the hotel window of medieval castles transported me to another era, almost like a different century. The pool was delightful.

The website was easy to use and the room felt comfortable, but the staff were unpleasant, especially at the restaurant where the meals were always the same and very low‑quality for the high price of the stay. Drinks were served well but charged and no apology was offered; the welcome and politeness were mediocre.

A lovely hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The front‑desk staff are not fully informed; for example, they don’t know the bus route to Neuschwanstein Castle.

The room was bright, had good soap and fresh towels, yet it was small, equipped only with basic items, a poor‑quality TV, and a low‑standard renovation. It wasn’t properly tidy, so I had to file a complaint. The restaurant felt more like a 3‑star place; the food resembled a school canteen rather than a quality hotel restaurant. It was extremely crowded, the wait was ridiculously long, and the waiters were clearly too busy to give proper service. With the very high price, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money; I would not recommend this hotel.
