The location is excellent, the room was clean and orderly with air conditioning, communication with the staff was great, and I recommend it!

“Ottimo struttura, comunicazione da migliorare”

The room was ideal for a stay in Naples: clean, spacious, with a comfortable mattress, and the whole place seemed recently renovated. The location was also great, in a quiet central area near the station, ferries, and Duomo metro, plus many tourist spots and food options. Air conditioning was a plus, while the shared kitchen lacked cooking essentials but had what you need for cold meals and breakfast. The washer‑dryer works well and there’s everything needed for ironing. The communication could definitely improve; we were contacted 48 hours before arrival, which was appreciated, but the person handling our incoming was slow to respond both before we entered the accommodation (aside from the necessary paperwork) and during our stay, so we had to reach out to the agency for answers. Overall it remains very impersonal, which feels very “business‑like,” and if that’s the goal, the services should truly match that level.

“Bien pero mala comunicación”

The room was new and very comfortable, and having breakfast in the room was a big plus. Communication with the owner was extremely poor; we didn’t know anything about him until the day before, and we had to call Booking customer service.
