Lovel host, breakfast very good. Could open window for fresh air for 2 reasons: just wouldn't open & it was also had close proximity to the main road

The freshly cooked breakfast was lovely and added a nice touch to the visit.

The room felt very cosy and sweet, offering great value for money with coffee, tea and a small treat; Matt pointed out a nearby pub that turned out to be a fantastic dinner spot; the guest house was very accommodating with my early breakfast request, and everything was just perfect—I’d highly recommend this sweet guest house. I can’t think of any specific negatives.

A beautifully restored building with a lovely solid & peaceful feel. Our room (7) was at the top, and felt super cosy and comfortable. Really nice touches (fresh milk, lovely tea selection, extra blanket, opulent cushions) made it feel special. Nothing. It was perfect
