“Muy buen hospedaje”
The facilities were clean and well maintained, but the breakfast didn’t hit the mark.
“Recomendable”
The service and comfort were great, and overall everything was fine.
“Regular...”
The location and staff friendliness were good, but because of my Genius status I was used to a room upgrade—this time I didn’t get one, the room was small and very dark, and the dinner was poorly prepared: the meat wasn’t cooked to my requested level, the potatoes were raw and mushy, which was disappointing; next time I’ll choose a different hotel.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, yet I found a piece of nail on the floor, so it seems the cleaning wasn’t thorough.
The accommodation is in a good spot, and the breakfast staff were very kind, but the room felt extremely cramped and the breakfast had limited choices.
