Conveniently located for sightseeing, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The dinner didn’t offer good value, the service was poor, and the food was inferior to other places. On the second night I discovered a great Italian spot nearby (la Mafia) that was much cheaper and better. When I had a gin and tonic before dinner, the waitress stirred it and my partner’s glass got a hole; the drink splashed onto her clothes. Apologies were offered, but no discount was given.

The location was fantastic with stunning views and an excellent breakfast. The team was extremely helpful, making the whole stay effortless.

location and great staff. very dated. disgusting rugs everywhere, and the couches and chairs you sit on were old and uncomfortable. and the dining room was ugly- how about softer lighting and some creative cuisine

The staff were incredibly helpful and left a strong impression. We booked the cheapest room, which turned out to be huge with two very large windows opening onto the square, and the bed was very comfortable.
