We had an absolutely exceptional experience with this place. The Loop tour they organized for us was top-notch, and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and we'd highly recommend them to anyone.

This hotel was in a great location, nice and quiet, which was perfect for unwinding before and after my 4-day motorbike adventure. The breakfast was excellent, and my room was huge, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff were super helpful, too, and even arranged my return transfer to Hanoi. Overall, it was a top-notch experience.

The bed was really comfortable, but unfortunately, the bathroom and common areas left a bit to be desired. Still, it was a decent place to rest my head.

We were really well taken care of by the hosts, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town centre. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely come back.

This place was a real gem, with super helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing time on the Ha Giang Loop. They organized everything from the tour to the accommodations, and it was all top-notch. The drivers were attentive and safe, and the lodgings were excellent. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone.
