The location was great for the Opera House. The staff were friendly and approachable. The food was really good; I had both an evening meal and breakfast the next morning. I couldn’t really point out anything I disliked. There were a few maintenance issues: a loose toilet seat, a bedside lamp that wasn’t working, a stained carpet from an old radiator leak in my room, and the ceiling plaster seemed to have seen better days.

The room was huge, well furnished and very comfortable; I also enjoyed the bar area with excellent food and the staff were friendly.
