“Room full or Roaches, it climb unto my face”

The first room we couldn't sleep roaches literally flew into my face so in the middle of the night we requested to be move but in the morning they move us to another but with the room still full of roaches and the wifi was not working we had to wait for somebody to come and fix it. It was a very horrible experience. Imagine roaches climbing your face. “辞めといた方がいい”

The owner upgraded us at no cost to a bigger room. Thanks!

We couldn't reach anyone to empty our trash, replace blankets, or swap towels.

“not professional and not hands on”

It protected us from the typhoon, but the room was too cramped for the four of us we had paid for.
