Everything at the hotel was extraordinary, we had no negative experiences during our stay. The only downside was that the third person in the room was accommodated only on a sofa bed, which was uncomfortable because the mattress was very hard. If an optional third single bed were provided for guests, it would be a perfect solution in every respect.

Everything was super. We were staying at the All Inclusive hotel for the first time. We chose a room with a side view of the sea and the view was truly beautiful! The staff were fantastic – the waiters, bartenders, and the girls who looked after the kids in the playroom are just amazing, all cheerful and responsive! The food was also wonderful, very tasty and with a wide variety. There was also a large selection of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks. Overall, everything went great! There were a couple of minor issues worth noting. The shower water leak was not working very well. The room was cleaned only partially; after asking to wipe the mirror, the marks were ignored and remained from the first to the last day of our stay. Because we had a flight at 20:00 and the check‑out was at 12:00, the day before departure I went to the reception and asked if I could extend the room for another 4 hours. They refused and offered no alternative, saying everything was booked for 3 weeks ahead. I then contacted support on Booking for this issue. The next morning at 8:00 I went to the desk again and was told everything was booked, but they clarified that we could use all services until departure, just need to vacate by 12:00. Half an hour after my second visit, I received a reply from support saying I could stay in the room until 15:00 completely free, which really pleased me!
