The apartments were old and poorly maintained, with broken door locks, a broken room sign, old furniture, and a bad shower. The breakfast was terrible.

The location, service, and breakfast were great, but there was construction noise. Unfortunately, I stayed during a renovation period at the hotel.

The hotel is very well located, with paid parking and valet (R$35,00 per day); you can use the parking without valet, which works very well; the rooms are very spacious with a beautiful sea view; the bed, pillows, linens, and bathrooms are excellent; the elevators are fast and efficient; the breakfast is excellent.

The location and cleanliness were excellent, and we were granted a 2‑hour late checkout without extra charge. The breakfast could have offered more juice options and regional cakes.
