The spot was great, but the room had a terrible stale smoke smell.

We only stayed one night, and the place was decent for the price; the breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. The room was clean, the motel was quiet, and the location was pretty good. The furniture was a bit old, but that didn’t bother us.

The beds were comfortable, the location excellent, and the check‑out staff could split our bill for us. Breakfast options were sparse but enough for the two of us. The tub, toilet, sink and furniture surfaces were clean, and the room temperature was easy to adjust. The fridge in the room had a freezer section. It was OK for the rate and a place to sleep for a night or two. The check‑in person said they couldn’t split the bill because “it was already charged.” Floors could have been cleaned better; curtains were worn—light leaked through the outside, and there were some spots.

Almost nothing was good. The construction was so poor that the person above sounded like stampeding elephants. The AC wouldn’t adjust, just froze or turned off with constant beeping. The TV had no guide. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too stiff. The cost was outrageous for the room offered.
