It was clean. I didn’t like that the owner knocked twice on my room when I had just arrived and didn’t even hear me when I walked by, he wasn’t smiling, and the next morning he knocked again to adjust the AC, which stressed me because he knocked four times and I had to leave; I paid for one night I didn’t sleep.

Only two minutes to the pedestrian zone. The reception was unfriendly.

The bathroom fell short, with a wobbling toilet and sink, and a noticeable odor when opening the shower that couldn’t be masked. Breakfast was simple yet tasty. The location wasn’t great. The front desk was tucked away in a corner, the reception felt unprofessional, and there was a big disappointment that no elevator was available.

The receptionist—perhaps the owner—was rude and stilted. The building was in disrepair, with peeling paint and a broken handrail, and it was extremely noisy. Everything needed renovation, was dirty or grimy, the room was tiny with no closet, the bathroom was cramped with a disgusting shower curtain, and the towels were spotted.
