1. The shower door was broken and nobody fixed it during our five‑night stay. 2. There was no Wi‑Fi at all.

There was no staff in the building, the bed didn’t match the choice, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

The water pressure was nonexistent both in the evening and in the morning. The floor had never seen a vacuum cleaner for a long time. The room was cold, and the bathroom was even colder. There was no electric towel heater, and there was no towel rack either.

Everything left me with negative feelings. The entire property was terribly neglected. The room looked tidy at a glance, but the bedding was dirty and had hair from previous guests. The floor was filthy throughout the room and bathroom. A disgusting cigarette smell lingered in the bathroom, and there were still cigarette butts and ash in the toilet. The description did not match the actual state of the room.
