The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful, and the location was very good, yet the room was very smelly, the mattress was hard, and the room was not very clean (hair on the floor), and the rooms are in reality much older than the pictures show.

We landed after a long flight and the staff, especially the English‑speaking lady, were incredibly kind and helped us sort out our money confusion. The location was spot‑on for our needs, and breakfast was simple but sufficient—eggs, toast, noodles, tea, or coffee.

The hotel was spotless, with no unpleasant drain odors, and my back room was very quiet. The AC worked flawlessly and quietly. From the breakfast room you could see a great city view, and the staff were extremely helpful—especially Venang, who expertly fixed my mobile issue by calling the company and knowing exactly which buttons to press. The neighborhood has charming alleys and a good Japanese restaurant nearby. The only downside was the hard Vietnamese beds, and the breakfast offered limited Western options; bring your own banana if you want something on toast.

The staff were friendly, but nothing else stood out.

The staff behaved well, but the breakfast quality was disappointing.
