We never saw anyone from the hotel. At check‑in around 18 h, the building door was locked; we had to call to receive a code, the door was hard to open, and the person on the phone was not friendly. The worst part was that when we returned at 22 h, the door was unlocked, so anyone could wander into the hotel and roam the corridors all night.

I arrived around 20.45, it was already dark and no one was at the front desk; after asking a few passersby, I finally found the entrance with the code, which was too dim to see.

The place was clean and well‑located, but the shower only had boiling water and the noise was annoying.

The bed was good, the room was spacious and looked clean. Every other guest we met couldn’t get into the hotel because of a door code; we received it via WhatsApp, but not everyone was lucky. Contact with the hotel seemed very poor, no one was at the front desk inside, so we couldn’t get help. Aside from the cleaners the next morning, we saw no staff. It took hours before an old gentleman, whom we let into the lobby so he could sit, could get to his room. Everyone had paid in advance. Disgraceful. In the room the bathroom light switch was poorly installed and almost fell out of the wall. There was a shower in the tub, but no holder for the shower head, so you can’t easily shower or wash your hair.
