Security was a problem: the key card had to be replaced every night, and the new card was just left in front of the door, so anyone could easily access our room. My friend’s key card didn’t work, and we had to wait outside until 1:30 am for a careless staff member to help—totally unacceptable. The handwash bottle was empty, and the cleaning service was poor.
