The location is outstanding—just a 5‑minute walk to the site, with a stunning view of the pyramids and the Sphinx from the rooftop, and the staff went above and beyond; special thanks to Anouar, the rooftop manager who introduced us to new flavors and products from his country. The only downside was the push to book excursions, whose prices were noticeably higher than those offered by other booking agencies for the same services.

The location is great, just a short walk from the pyramids. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view, and the breakfast was good. The staff were very nice and helpful—thanks to Noura and Mohamed. The small pool was relaxing, the rooms were good, and the décor was very beautiful.

The staff were extremely professional and welcoming both day and night, especially Noura who took great care of us throughout our stay—many thanks! The location was perfect for sightseeing and the neighbourhood was very pleasant.

The hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from the ticket office to the pyramids, and the rooftop offers a stunning view. The staff were sweet and attentive, the room was roomy, and the breakfast and meals were good. The bathroom, especially the shower tray, was small and inconvenient.
