The staff were very friendly and gave a lot of personal attention in a beautiful atmosphere, but we would have appreciated some explanation beforehand about how the ventilation system works. We stayed in a room directly under the roof, so it was quite warm inside.

The location is beautiful and quiet, the breakfast is top quality, but it’s a bit noisy from the outside. It’s an old castle, after all.

This is a unique place to stay, close to the dunes, the sea, The Hague, and museums. Castle Wittenburg has grandeur and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very attentive. Nothing to add.
