“Nice room, on to high of floor, elevator slow”
The staff were helpful, but the elevator was a hassle.
“Great spot to be where the action is.”
The location was ideal for our plans, just a stone’s throw from Progressive Field, but given the price, breakfast should have been included.
“It was fine; restaurant experience kinda ruined it.”
The room was spotless, but it took about half an hour for the server to take my order, during which a staff fight erupted in the back; the food arrived quickly afterward, yet the compote on my waffle was ice‑cold, clearly straight from a fridge can. I don’t fault the server, as the restaurant was clearly understaffed.
The place was clean and well located, but there was only decaf coffee, and the night desk staff were a bit snippy.
It’s close to Progressive Field, though there aren’t many dining options nearby.
