The location is beautiful! The cabins are well equipped, have everything you need, and the scenery is truly stunning. Javier was very attentive to anything we required and very friendly. Plus, there’s a fantastic restaurant right in front, a must-visit! Next to it is a minimarket for emergencies. In a short drive we could visit places like Cochamo and Laguna Cayutué. Highly recommend the entire stay!

Clean, cozy, and the bed was very good, but the TV didn’t work and there was no coffee.

The views were nice and the heating was really good, but that's about where the positives end. The water issues in the bathrooms and sink were a major problem - the toilet wouldn't flush properly and there was barely enough water to wash dishes. And let's not forget the super sketchy staircase to the second floor, which was a real safety hazard, especially at night.
