The room was quiet and spotless, and I appreciated getting all the hotel details—how to find my key, where to park—right before I arrived via the app.

Every staff member was exceptionally courteous.

The location was peaceful yet close to the action, and I liked the restaurant and great pool, yet the parking is only reachable by stairs, making it tough with luggage; the shower cubicle is cramped, and the WhatsApp info overload is confusing.

The pool is excellent, a nice spot to relax, but it’s a shame the loungers cost extra even though we paid for the hotel. The paella we ordered was just rice with tomato sauce and two prawns, not the hearty dish I expected.
