The kitchen, city connections, and shops were fine, and the free parking was convenient. However, apartment number 3 turned out to be a scam: the “enhanced” pictures on the booking page didn’t match the actual room, which was a plain, drab, and uncomfortable space. The wardrobe had no hangers or hooks by the door for coats or shirts, which is basic. The tiny room contained a massive office desk that tourists don’t need. The bed was too narrow, resembling a Bundeswehr era, and the sheet kept slipping off—a problem noted in several reviews yet still unresolved. There was no bedside lamp, the outlet cords were exposed, and the bright ceiling light had to be switched on to read. The bathroom was nicely built but offered almost no storage; a new guest should find a fresh toilet roll instead of a 2–3‑sheet remainder. Towels and rolls were not changed during the week, so guests had to handle that themselves. Silverfish were crawling in the bathroom, raising questions about cleanliness, and no cleaning occurred during a six‑day stay. The main entrance door stayed open all the time, even at night and in cold weather, giving a sense of insecurity. The exterior looked like a construction site at least temporarily, and the location near the highway junction was quite noisy; windows had to be closed to sleep. The communal kitchen was acceptable, and the stairwell could be tidier (materials, cables, etc.). A one‑night stay was fine and the city access was good, but a longer stay is not recommended.
