The value was unbelievable—great location, facilities, and nice restaurants right next door, so I’d recommend it to my family; the Walker family from the U.K. agree. The only downside was that the staff were hard to locate on one occasion.

The location was perfect, but the room didn't feel as clean as I expected; I hope they pay more attention to cleaning and make improvements.

The place was clean with a good‑sized family room, and the kids loved the bunks; the staff were helpful and there was a free drinks machine. The bed was hard and the pillow was made from bean‑bag beans, and I wish the free drinks were available all day.

The establishment was welcoming, and the price‑quality ratio was good.

トイレドアが壊れそうだったが直ぐに別の部屋に対応してくれました. ホテルのせいではないですが、阪神優勝の日だからか、いつものことかわかりませんが暴走族音が酷かったです。
