The hotel's location and overall safety were major positives for me, but I was initially disappointed to discover that my room was essentially a private space within the owners' home, which completely eliminated any sense of seclusion and made me feel like I was intruding on their personal space. This wasn't clearly communicated during the booking process, which was a bit misleading. Despite this, the hotel's location and safety features were definitely highlights.

“Peaceful”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's prime location and the exceptional quietness of the surroundings, which made for a truly relaxing stay. However, I did find it a bit awkward that the manager seemed to be constantly present, which somewhat detracted from the overall experience and made me feel like I was staying in a shared space rather than a private room.

“I notified immediately for a refund as I could not stay. I called to ask and the reception from the owner was pure sca”

I had to cancel my stay and immediately requested a refund, but the owner's response was appalling when I called to follow up. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. I was shocked by the lack of understanding and support from the owner.

“I wish Booking .com can consider to check if we are happy with service or not”

I was really disappointed with my experience as the staff were dishonest and rude. To make matters worse, they wouldn't let me check in after 9 pm and refused to offer a refund. It was a frustrating and unpleasant encounter that left a bad impression.
