Clean and well appointed, host is very nice. Construction works severely impact comfort and noise levels, unable to keep windows open due to construction noise and workmen in alley look directly into the apartment, air con not working, hot water had been turned off. The apartment was stuffy and uncomfortably warm due to these issues

Giacomo’s availability and friendliness, the quiet location close to the train station, made our stay in Bologna perfect. Nothing negative to mention.

The place was perfect, clean and comfortable with parking and a few minutes on foot from the center. Everything was perfect.

I slept soundly on the very comfortable bed, and the air conditioning was set just right; the host was very friendly and courteous. The shared kitchen and dining area were not cleaned, but since I was alone during my stay, it hardly bothered me.
