The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the welcome was warm and heartfelt.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and felt immediately welcomed. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, and we even brought our dog, which cost an extra CHF 20—something I found very fair.
