The location is great, but the beds are awful, making an abnormal noise that keeps me up; I asked reception to check it out, but they ignored my complaint.

The pillows felt like a worm and left me with a stiff neck, though everything else was fine; they really need to replace the pillows. The staff were very courteous, the cleaning and breakfast were excellent, and the location and parking were great.
