I rated it a 7.0/10, praising its strategic location and the nearby lee garden that’s just a 5‑10 minute walk away, but noted the furniture feels a bit old.
I gave it a perfect 10.0/10, mainly because the price was very reasonable and there were no complaints.
I rated it 1.0/10, describing an unacceptable experience: when we checked into our family room we found bloodstains on the bedsheets, hair on the floor, dirt on the walls, and an unsanitary bathroom; the room was completely unsatisfactory. I reported this to the reception desk, but the receptionist said housekeeping was unavailable and offered no solution, and their attitude was unhelpful. I’m deeply dissatisfied with both the cleanliness and customer service, and I would advise potential guests to think carefully before booking; I cannot recommend this place.
