The hotel was within walking distance of Hakata Station, Nakasu and Canal City. Having a private sauna in the room let us chat and relax without any hassle, and the sauna’s quality was high with a self‑lovy option that gave us a solid sweat. The semi‑outdoor area on the roof for a half‑air‑bath felt rare for a sauna‑hotel. The only minor point was that there was no bathtub, only a shower, but I’m used to showers anyway so it didn’t bother me.

The room was spacious and clean, and although the area is quiet, access to the busy district is good, so external noise didn’t bother me.

The sauna was fantastic and the room was spotless. I booked at the last minute when availability was low, so I chose it based on price and location, and being close to the station gave me great overall value. The guest rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a three‑storey building, so we had to use stairs, and the shower area had two stalls but no bathtub – some guests might notice that. No real complaints; I’d stay again if I get the chance.
