“Absolutely atrocious and when I asked for a comped night or discount I was denied”
I could bring my pets, which was a plus. But everything else was awful. The AC in the first room I stayed in was broken; I asked the lobby four times over 24 hours to check it or change my room. After several attempts they finally checked the AC, confirmed it wasn’t working, and moved me. The next room was dirty when I arrived—soap scum in the shower and sink, dirt and grime on the baseboards. I found random pharmaceuticals on the floor in several spots while checking for anything that could harm my dogs, plus drug paraphernalia and clothes and shoes from the previous tenant. The sink was clogged, the floors were torn up exposing a brittle, weak subfloor in several places; stepping on them let you see the crawl space below. There were roaches and other bugs. When I asked for a complimentary night or a discount, the owner said he would be in on Monday, but it was Thursday morning and I was scheduled to leave. I’m not coming back after four days to resolve an issue that should have been handled before I left that day. Do not recommend.
