The hotel sits nicely on the edge of Dokkum, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. From the bathroom, there was a slight sewage smell coming from the shower drain.

The room was nice, the breakfast was good, there was free parking nearby, and the location was good. We were assigned room 2, and in the evening it smelled strongly of sewage, which was unpleasant. The hotel staff claimed it didn’t smell that way and offered no solution, which was disappointing.
