Comfortable bed: firm mattress, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy. Good lighting throughout room, for working at desk, for reading in bed, and in general. No problems with noise. Some difficulty getting onto wi-fi, but the desk clerk gave me a support number, and the tech on the other end was pleasant and helpful; once I was on, the wi-fi worked very well. Initial difficulty with wi-fi: I could get onto the network, but then couldn't get to the login page, which kept timing out. However, the tech at the support number was very helpful, and got me on at last

The staff were helpful and the location was great, though the back entrance needed some cleanup and cement repair.

I didn't eat breakfast; the shower didn't work well, the hair dryer was broken, and the TV stopped working.
