Towels were old and looks dirty. There was no shampoo or soap. The staff were amazing and helpful

Kamar bersih, makan pagi enak fan lengkap. Dikamar saya no 111, ACnya kurang dingin dan remotnya gak berfungsi semua. Semua tombol on sama off

The restaurant is possibly one of the worst I have ever come across. I ordered food to the room. It was awful. I had breakfast twice. It was awful. Even the tea and coffee were bad! Other than that the room was fine and very quiet. The staff were very helpful. Just avoid the restaurant
