The bed and pillows were nice, but the place looked like a 1970s relic despite the glossy ad. The windows were too bright and lacked proper covers, the Skid Row spot felt unsafe, the room and courtyard had a strong odor, and the fan rattled all night.

The location was great, but the shower lacked grab bars and a basic continental breakfast would have matched the price better.

Beautiful old 1907 stone building and period accurate decor. Good restaurants nearby. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Quiet and confortable. chute downtown location. Parking fee and offsite near a homeless housing building. Had to haul all belongings down the street and upstairs to the 3rd floor due to the elevator not working

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the vibe was charming, the location fantastic, and the staff were professional and thoughtful. The pillows were uncomfortable, and while extra pillows were available, there were no extra blankets.
