The only thing that worked was the good location for commuters, everything else was awful. The concierge was rude, the bedsheets never changed, and when I showed him fresh stains and hairs he refused to replace them and got aggressive and arrogant. The place was dirty, and the management even denied that the bedsheets were dirty or used.
