The place is pretty nice and smack in the middle of town, with a chairlift right behind the building that drops you straight into the slopes. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, generous, and varied. Everyone from the front desk to the service staff was super friendly. After a hard day on the mountain, the spa is a must‑visit. The only downside was the view – my single room faced the side and I could only see the neighboring building. Since I was mostly there to sleep, it didn’t bother me too much.

The location is spot on – right in the village center, opposite a top ski school and a great ski hire shop with lift passes on site. The only hiccup is that moving between the hotel buildings means either trudging across snow or heading down to the underground car park. It’s nothing major, just not the most glamorous way to head out for dinner.

The accommodation is pretty good, but the apartment‑style setup makes it hard to enjoy the on‑site restaurant options. The breakfast costs €39 per person, which is already at the high end.

Alpenhotel Perner is a lovely hotel with a very friendly, dedicated team. The rooms are modern and well equipped, and the wellness areas add to a relaxed vibe. We felt right at home.
